I definitely felt vulnerable, but in a good way. I felt like I was in a super comfortable space to kind of just get anything that I needed to get off my chest. And then after, I just felt relieved. I felt happy. I felt like everyone was kind of like in the same space. I think it's such a great thing, especially for female athletes to kind of like be able to have an open space to talk about these kinds of things.

I think it was great. I would definitely, you know, encourage this to all my other student athlete friends, so yeah, I would definitely come again. I mean, during it I felt like very vulnerable, like in a good way. I think everybody else was being vulnerable, so I think that also made me feel really comfortable. And after I just feel like I wanna, you know, spread positive energy to everybody else.

I loved it. It really taught me that like you're not alone at all, and I think this would be a fantastic environment to continue with other student athletes. It makes you feel really good after and vulnerable in a good way. I honestly was just really excited that other people felt comfortable to share their thoughts and feelings and their experiences because again, like you're not alone in anything.
